The Irish Literary & Historical Society was founded in San Francisco in 1945 to provide an open, non-sectarian, and non-political forum for the presentation and discussion of Irish and Irish-American art, history, literature, society, and culture. Monthly events are held at the United Irish Cultural Center in San Francisco. Events are free for members. Please support the ILHS by becoming a member or making a donation today.
