The Irish Literary and Historical Society of the San Francisco Bay Area

The ILHS is a community of people in pursuit of knowledge of the best in Irish and Irish American literature and scholarship.  We present a broad range of fascinating speakers from the literary and academic worlds, as well as some of the finest lay scholars in the field.  The ILHS has been an active proponent of Irish studies in the great City of San Francisco for more than 70 years.
